Plenty of garage doors outlast the people who installed them. They keep running, which is the problem: nobody checks whether the safety features still work, or ever existed. We built our work around that gap.
We take time to explain what each part does and why it matters. When a spring, sensor or lock can be fixed, we fix it. When an opener is past helping, we explain why and describe what a replacement would involve, without hurry or pressure.
What Guides Our Work
Patience over pressure
Older equipment raises questions. We answer them in ordinary words and let you decide at your own pace, whether that means a small fix or a bigger change.
Keep what still works
A decades-old door is not a problem by itself. We preserve good panels and hardware and add the missing safety pieces instead of replacing everything.
Prove it at the door
Every safety job finishes with the reversal and sensor checks done in front of you, so you know the door stops when it should.
